Cancellations requested up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival do not involve any penalty.
Cancellations requested up to 15 days prior to the date of arrival do require penalty that corresponds to 50% of the agreed price.
No-show or cancellations made within 14 days prior to the date of arrival require a penalty that corresponds to the cost of the entire stay.
Any deposit already paid constitutes partial or total payment of this penalty.
